Pakistan lifted ban on import of non-essential and luxury items
The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce issued Office Memorandum in
connection with SRO 1562(I)/2022 dated 19th August, 2022, whereby the prohibition
(ban)/complete quantities restrictions imposed on the import of certain categories of
goods, vide SRO 598(I)/2022 dated 19th May, 2022, was withdrawn with immediate
effect.

Resume accepting importing Dangerous Goods (DG) into Bangladesh
Since the fire incident happened in Chittagong, Bangladesh in June 2022, ONE suspended the booking acceptance of all DG imports into all Bangladesh ports until further notice.
However, we have decided to resume importing some DG classes into Bangladesh after several discussions with Bangladesh office.
