As follow up to the intent advisory sent last September 15, 2022. Please be advised that
Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. (AGENT: Ocean Network Express Philippines, Inc.) will be
adding 12% VAT on your demurrage & detention (D&D) charges in compliance with the
Bureau of Internal Revenue’s requirement on locally sourced income (RR 15-2013) effective
November 01, 2022.
