UPDATED ADVISORY ON ELECTRONIC BILLING INVOICES AND RECEIPTS

Updated Advisory on Electronic Billing Invoices and Receipts

Dear Valued Customer,

In relation to Revenue Regulation No. 7-2024 issued last March 22, 2024, requiring entities with Computerized Accounting System (CAS) to apply for an updated Acknowledgement Certificate No. to implement changes in format as required.

We are sharing herewith Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd.’s approved updated CAS with
Acknowledgement Certificate No. AC_125_052024_000313.

In relation to this, starting June 10, 2024, Ocean Network Pte. Ltd.’s representatives will be sending the approved updated Electronic Billing Invoice, Official Receipts and Acknowledgement Receipts via email. These will serve as the official BIR approved documents and no hard copies will be issued, like our previously approved CAS. These are computer generated documents, and no signature is required.

Attached herewith is the copy of our new Acknowledgement Certificate for your reference.
