UPDATE ADVISORY ON ELECTRONIC BILLING STATEMENTS AND RECEIPTS

          This is in relation with the advisory released last May 03, 2023, on the issuance of Electronic Documents via our Computerized Accounting System (Exact Globe Next) effective May 08, 2023.

          As approved by the Bureau of Internal Revenue under Acknowledgement Certificate Control No. AC_125_0423_000175 issued on April 13, 2023, all Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. customers will still be receiving the Electronic Official Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and Billing Statements via email. These serve as the official BIR approved documents and no hard copies will be issued. These are computer generated documents and no signature is required.

         The emails are coming from [email protected]. To guarantee that you will receive the receipts and billing statements, we encourage you to add this email domain to your email address book or safe sender’s list and do not also mark the emails as spam.
