This serves as a reminder to all our export clients to ensure compliance with the timely submission of your Shipping Instruction (SI).

Please be informed that Ocean Network Express Philippines, Inc. is strictly reinforcing the “NO SI, NO LOADING POLICY.”
We, therefore, urge all concerned to submit a complete and accurate Shipping Instruction within the given SI Cut Off for a smooth export transaction and timely cargo loading.

In the event of unloaded cargo resulting from non-compliance to the SI submission, all and/or any costs incurred will be under the export customer’s responsibility.
