NEW REQUIREMENTS ON CONTAINER DIVERSION EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2024

Please be informed that effective February 1, 2024, only registered Truckers shall be allowed to submit Diversion Requests.
In view of the above, Consignees must submit a one-time registration for their accredited Truckers subject to approval. 

Requirements for Registration:

1.    Request Letter from Consignee (indicating the accredited Truckers)
2.    Updated Business Permit / Permit to Operate
3.    Two (2) Valid IDs (1government & 1 company ID)
4.    Request must be submitted through the REGISTRATION PORTAL

Furthermore, please be guided of the following:
•    Please note that Diversion Requests are totally free of charge and are subject to approval.
•    Diversion Requests must be submitted directly through this portal: e-Diversion Request which will be assessed on a first in first out basis. Requests submitted outside this portal will not be processed.
•    For Diversion Requests to MIP, please ensure to attach the required photos in word document from which screen shots must show the date & time stamp when those photos were taken.
