DIVERSION REQUEST

Effective November 10, 2021, all diversion requests must be submitted through this portal: e-Diversion Request which will be assessed on a first in first out basis. Requests submitted outside this portal will not be processed.

For Diversion Requests to MIP / ECD, please ensure to submit the following:

1. Request Letter in pdf file

2. Colored Pictures in Word document

Please note that Diversion Requests are totally free of charge and are subject to approval.
