Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach Container Excess Dwell Fee - UPDATE

As a follow up to our previous Customer Advisories regarding the Ports of Los Angeles and Long
Beach. The Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach announced today that consideration of
the “Container Excess Dwell Fee” would be held off another week, until January 17th, 2022.

EC4: Madrid Bridge 016E/W as of 10th January

This is to inform you that MV Madrid Bridge, serving in our East Coast 4 (EC4) Service, suffered container collapse in the North Atlantic Ocean on January 7, 2022 during transit to her next port of call in New York, USA.

Our immediate priorities are to ensure the safety of the crew, the vessel and the cargo on board. Delays to the vessel’s schedule are expected.

Investigations are currently ongoing and further information will be provided once available.

EC5: MOL Charisma 217E as of 7th January

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 28, 2021, MOL Charisma is currently in Singapore for inspection and necessary repairs, after experiencing engine issue.

Based on initial vessel assessment, the repairs may take more time and further delays are expected. It is to note that the vessel’s schedule will be further rescheduled.

AL5: MOL Emissary 044W as of 5th January

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 31, 2021, MOL Emissary is in Los
Angeles for inspection and necessary repairs, after experiencing rudder issue.

The vessel is currently expected to berth at Yusen Container Terminal (YTI) in Los
Angeles for cargo discharging operations on or around January 6, 2022, subject to
change. Subsequently, the vessel is to proceed for necessary repairs before departing
Los Angeles and continue with her voyage.
